Refund Policy - The Basics

Sculpting and our clients regarding how and if refunds will be provided. This policy is designed in accordance with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our body sculpting and aesthetic treatments, we have specific guidelines on refunds, outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Because results from body sculpting treatments can vary from person to person, and because our services require both time and product commitment, we generally do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we understand that exceptions may arise.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The client experienced an adverse reaction or complication, confirmed by a medical professional
- A pre-paid service has not yet been rendered
- There is a verifiable billing error
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Services already performed
- Pre-paid packages once partially used
- Gift cards or promotional services
- Products opened or used
Timeframe to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of service. Requests received beyond this period may not be considered.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 710 business days. We
reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the outlined criteria.
